Support Portal
We are introducing a new customer support platform. We want to better support our customers as we continue to grow our customer base and add more product lines. Having a support ticketing system helps us make sure nothing slips through the cracks! Go to our Support Page to lodge a support ticket - this is also found under your "My Account" profile under the "Support" menu.
You can either chat to us via Messenger or lodge a support ticket - we will respond as quickly as we can either way!
