Although we cannot always answer immediately, we do endeavor to get back to you within a day.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We try to get orders packed and ready the day or day after the order (depending on when you placed the order). 

Couriers can take a day or more to pickup the order.  If there is going to be an unusual delay we will contact you.  For the most part we find couriers pretty reliable, however couriers can sometimes "under-perform", which is frustrating for everyone.  If you are not getting satisfactory answers from a courier help desk yourself then please let us know and we will escalate through our channels with the courier companies as well.


Do you deliver on public holidays?

No.  Our delivery schedule relies on the couriers own schedule, most of which do not work on public holidays.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

For Fresh Microgreens we delivery within a 30KM Radius of Shailer Park.  For other other products we deliver all over Australia (except seeds in WA and TAS).  We also deliver to many other countries.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For Fresh Microgreens we coordinate a time with you so that we can ensure the freshness of the produce.  For other items you can select the Authority to Leave instructions on checkout.

When are Fresh Microgreens Delivered?

We grow-on-demand and will organise a delivery date for you prior to harvest day.  For most microgreens harvest day (and delivery day) will be 7 - 10 days from the date of order.

Do you delivery seeds to WA and TAS?

No.  Quarantine restrictions are in place in WA and TAS.

Can I visit your farm / store?

Unfortunately not.  We cannot accommodate visits to our operations given constraints such as food safety and workplace health and safety.

We do not operate a physical store.  As we ship all over Australia and the world there is no need for us to operate a local store.

Can I talk to someone?

Absolutely yes!  We are very happy to help and answer your questions whether you are new to microgreens and don't know where to start, or are a seasoned business looking for additional support.  You can phone us on 1300 757 080, email us at, or chat to us on the site.  While we are not always able to answer immediately we always get back to you.

Do you support Zip of Afterpay?

Yes.  We are currently supporting both Zip and AfterPay.  We cannot promise that we will continue to support them as we have to monitor the effectiveness for our business.
