SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: naturalyield.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
 
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
 

1. FRESH MICROGREEN vs NON-FRESH (ALL OTHER PRODUCTS)

Fresh Microgreens are only sold within a limited (approximately 30k) geographic region surrounding our premises at Shailer Park QLD.  Delivery is performed by our own staff with days and times agreed with individual customers.
 

2. NON-FRESH MICROGREEN (ALL OTHER PRODUCTS

2a. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. We use Shippit as our shipping technology provider, and use a selection of couriers made available through the Shippit platform.
 
Your shipping options will be presented to you at checkout, where you will be able to generally choose between a standard or express delivery.
 
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
 
Products are normally dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed.  If there is a delay we will contact you.  If you chose the standard" delivery option at checkout then the delivery to you will normally be within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.  If you chose the "Express" delivery option then delivery is normally within 2 business days.
 

2b. HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver based on the selected subscription plan & products.
 

2c. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
  • Australia
  • Fiji
  • New Zealand
  • Vanuatu
  • French Polynesia
  • New Caledonia
Free Standard, Express shipping is not valid on international orders.
 
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
 

2c. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Customer may not be able to place orders with Microgreens, Fresh Microgreens, Bootstrap Farmers. In order to purchase such orders.
We do not ship seeds to WA and TAS due to quarantine restrictions.  We may not ship seeds to international locations.  Please check with us prior to ordering seeds if you are unsure.
 

2d. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
