Natural Yield 12 Outlet Copper High Pressure Manifold

The Natural Yield 12 Outlet Copper High Pressure Manifold was custom designed by Natural Yield for our own Hydroponic Farm to solve the problem of distributing many aeroponic misting lines from a single reservoir source simply without complicated and expensive equipment.

The Manifold consists of

• 1m long x 80mm square copper pipe
• 25mm Brass Male Fitting inlet for Pump
• 4 standard garden brass outlets suitable for screwing common 4-outlet manifolds you find from hardware stores
• 1 Pressure Gauge

How the manifold is built

• The copper pipe and ends are cut, drilled and welded by our resident boiler maker.
• The manifold and all welded joints are buffed and cleaned
• The manifold is finished with bronze weather resistant paint
• Each unit is pressure tested before they are shipped

Applications

• Hydroponic low or high pressure pump to up to 12 aeroponic or hydroponic lines.
• General distribution of water in serious gardens, overcoming the limitations of manifolds available at hardware stores.

Usage

You can use one or more of the manifold outlets as return lines for pressure control or oxygenation if desired.

The common application in hydroponics is to use 10 of the outlets for flow into low to high pressure aeroponic misting lines that mist into hydroponic pipes.  The remaining 2 lines are used for pressure control and direct return back to the hydroponic resovoir.

Warranty and Replacement Parts

We will warranty the replacement of the main manifold if welding faults occur within 2 years of purchase.   All other parts are not under warranty.

Parts attached to manifold are all replaceable with parts at your local hardware store.
