Properties

Broccoli microgreens powder is a rich source of compounds called glucosinolates, which are found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and kale. When cut or chewed, glucosinolates are converted into other active compounds, including isothiocyanates and sulforaphane, which are known for their anti-cancer properties.

On the other hand, radish microgreens powder also contain plant compounds such as glucosinolates and anthocyanins, which have been shown to prevent cancer. In addition, radish microgreens contain high levels of vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that helps protect the body’s cells from free radical damage that can lead to cancer.

The anthocyanins present in red cabbage microgreens powder are able to reduce the risk of cancer. They can inhibit the growth of cancer cells, induce apoptosis or programmed cell death of cancer cells and reduce inflammation, a process that can promote cancer.

Spinach is also an excellent source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, and antioxidants.

Milk kefir is a fermented food that contributes beneficial bacteria and yeast to the intestine, promoting normal functioning and excretion of toxins.

The fiber provided by this shake is also important for the evacuatory function, as it forms complexes with toxic compounds that are then excreted. In addition, they attract water to the intestinal lumen, which promotes optimal motility and muscle contraction.

Finally, turmeric provides its active ingredient (curcumin), which is an excellent antioxidant and anticarcinogenic. If desired, a pinch of cayenne pepper can be added to give the shake a spicy touch and improve the absorption of turmeric.

The purpose of this shake is to provide substances that promote the neutralization of free radicals that alter the functioning of DNA and favor the activation of genes associated with cancer and the functional alteration of cells. In addition, it is important to provide substances that favor the elimination of toxins that may enter the body.
