Growing Medium: Soil or Hydroponic
Germination: Amaranth should not be weighted. They will take 2-3 days to germinate. You need to keep an eye on them as they are very sensitive. They do well under dark or very low light.
Watering: Mist lightly (no bottom-watering trays)
Grow stage: Amaranth like temperature in the 24 Celsius area. Ensuring stability of temperature is important to ensure good growth.
Harvest: About 14 days during colder weather and up to a few weeks for warmer weather. Because they are very light you will want to use scissors rather than a knife.
