Microgreen Growing Instructions:

1. Soaking: Do not pre-soak
2. Sowing: Spread 5g seeds evenly on a 1020 tray filled with 2-3 cm of quality potting mix (flatten soil prior to sowing).  Top water.
3. Moisture: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Using a misting bottle can be ideal.
4. Lighting: Cover the tray for 5-10 days then Place the tray in a location with direct sunlight. Once sprouts appear, ensure they get 4-6 hours of direct sunlight or use a grow light.
5. Harvesting: When the greens are 2-3 inches tall, typically after 7-21 days, they’re ready to be snipped using scissors.
