We recommend not ordering more than a few months supply at a time as it is always best to have it as fresh as possible. Microgreen Powder is very light. 1 gram is equal to about 1 teaspoon, which is the initial daily dosage suggestion. Therefore 30g lasts 30 days. We are not medical professionals, so we advise you to seek advice from your naturopath to suit your own situation.
For convenience and different use-cases we offer two consumption options. The powder is ideally suited to added to smoothies and foods. The capsules are suited for people want to have it every day but don't want the the potent taste of it. It is also an ideal choice for adding to your daily supplements regime or for when you are going away and want something convenient.

Packaging Information: The canister is a NSF Certified (Tested and certified for food safety) vacuum sealed that re-vacuums every time you put the lid back on. This is important for preventing humidity getting to the powder which can rehydrate it. The zip lock pouch is intended as a refill pack. If you keep it sealed with a moisture absorber pack inside, it will last a long time, however it will not re-vacuum like the canister does.
Shipping Processing Times: In order to make sure you get the freshest product we grow in 2 week cycles based on order demand. You will get you product within 1-3 weeks depending on where we are in the grow cycle.

Potent Powdered Microgreens are produced from Fresh Microgreens. The average water content of fresh microgreens is 95%. As the freeze-drying process removes water, an average of 20g of fresh microgreens is required to produce 1g of freeze-dried microgreen powder.
Freeze dried microgreens are a gross 20X more concentrated than fresh microgreens. Factoring in nutrient loss during the process the concentration nets out at about 17X more potency. So, why are potent powders expensive? For every 100g of potent powder we need to grow, harvest, freeze-dry, mill and pack 2kg of fresh product, and we normally sell the 2kg of fresh product for $200. So, in fact we are discounting the potent powder compared to the fresh microgreen price.
