Properties

Spinach is rich in antioxidants, including vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, selenium, and zinc. These antioxidants help protect the body's cells against free radicals and inflammation, which can weaken immune function. Spinach is also a source of folic acid (or folate), a nutrient that helps produce new immune cells and strengthens the immune system.

Ginger is a rich source of antioxidants, which can help eliminate harmful free radicals from the body and protect cells from oxidative damage. Cellular protection can help strengthen the immune system.

Ginger also contains antimicrobial compounds that can help fight infections and other pathogens, easing the burden on the immune system. In addition, ginger can help reduce stress levels in the body, which can have a positive impact on immune function. High-stress levels can weaken the immune system's ability to fight pathogens.

Kiwifruit provides large amounts of vitamin C which can help protect and strengthen immune system cells, such as T and B lymphocytes, and improve their function. Vitamin C is also able to reduce the duration and severity of some infectious diseases, including the common cold and flu. Vitamin C helps stimulate the production of interferons, proteins that act against viruses.

In addition, vitamin C also helps maintain the integrity of the body's mucosal barrier, which is an important part of the immune system. The mucosal barrier acts as a physical barrier that prevents pathogens from entering the body.

Reishi mushrooms are medicinal mushrooms known for their immunomodulatory properties, meaning they are able to stimulate or regulate the immune system. Reishi mushrooms contain polysaccharides capable of activating white blood cells such as macrophages, NK cells, and T cells, which help fight infection and protect the body against disease.

Reishi mushrooms also contain triterpenes, which are compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties and can help regulate inflammatory processes in the body.

Broccoli microgreens in powdered form contain bioactive compounds contain a large amount of bioactive compounds, such as phenolic compounds, glucosinolates, and sulforaphane. These compounds have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer properties, and can help strengthen the immune system.

In addition, broccoli microgreens powder is an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, calcium, and iron. These nutrients are important for maintaining a healthy immune system, as they support the formation of immune cells and the production of antibodies in the body.

Finally, broccoli microgreens powder can increase the production of certain types of immune cells, such as T-lymphocytes and NK (natural killer) cells. These cells are responsible for attacking and eliminating infections and abnormal cells in the body.

In addition, broccoli microgreens powder contains sulforaphane, a bioactive compound that has antimicrobial and antiviral properties. Sulforaphane can help increase the body's resistance to viral and bacterial infections and protect the body against disease.
