Will I Receive the same product that I see in the pictures?

In respect to our product images we show you the microgreen species listed on the product.  There are variations within species, and the product you get may be one of those variations.  For Combo Packs Dish Suggestions, and Banner Images, we use a combination of our images and stock images to give you an idea of how microgreens can be used in those contexts. 

Where I can view my sales receipt?

Your order history and receipts can be found under the "My Account" section of the website.

How can I return an order?

Will you restock item indicated as "Out of Stock" ?

All "regular microgreens" are made available for harvest every Friday.  It is difficult to estimate demand on a week by week basis, so the best way of ensuring a consistent supply is to put in a subscription order.

Special order microgreens are only sewn when orders are received, and we need at least weeks notice for ad-hoc orders of this category.

Can I pickup my order?

No.  We currently operate on a delivery-only basis.  We are looking at ways we can support pickups in the future.
