Bulk discounts are available on selected products (generally the more expensive trays and domes) for registered customers. Discounts for Bootstrap Farmer products generally work as follows: 5-9 units = 7.5%, 10-29 units = 12%, 30+ units = 15%.
We are currently migrating our volume pricing to a simpler method that is based on providing 'packs' with the discount built into 10, 20 and 30 size packs. This should be complete by 21/05/2024. The discounts will be a maximum of 15% for 30+ trays. If you have a large order and you don't see a discount then please message us and we can create an appropriate discount coupon for you.
Common Questions
We use the Shippit platform which provides you with the cheapest delivery from the carriers: Aramex, Allied Express, Couriers Please, TNT and DHL(international). For most locations the couriers are cheaper than Australia Post. However, in some cases where the delivery address is more remote Australia Post can be quite a bit cheaper (albeit slower). We can manually quote you using Australia Post. Just message us on Chat (if you are a registered user and you have items in your cart we can look at your cart to help us do the quote). We need the items you want and your shipping address. to do the quote.
For Fresh Microgreens we grow-on-demand and will organise a delivery date for you prior to harvest day. For most microgreens harvest day (and delivery day) will be 7 - 10 days from the date of order.
No. Our delivery schedule relies on the couriers own schedule, most of which do not work on public holidays.
For Fresh Microgreens we delivery within a 30KM Radius of Shailer Park. For other other products we deliver all over Australia (except seeds in WA and TAS).
For Fresh Microgreens we coordinate a time with you so that we can ensure the freshness of the produce. For other items you can select the Authority to Leave instructions on checkout.
