Lemon Balm Seeds

Lemon balm seeds is a perennial herb with a lemon and mint scent. Suitable for growing as microgreens or as a mature herb.

Growing Instructions (Microgreens)

Do not pre-soak seeds. Use approx. 10 grams of seeds for a 30 x 35 cm growing tray. Add 2 – 3 cm of soil to tray. Flatten soil to level. Moisten soil. Sprinkle seeds evenly over surface. Lightly water. Cover seeds with a growing tray. Store in a well ventilated, dark spot to germinate. Water 1 – 2 times daily. Germination time: 10 – 14 days. Please note: germination rate may be uneven. Lemon balm requires patience. Remove top tray and expose it to direct, outdoor sunlight. Water twice daily. Harvest: Between 24 – 30 days.
