Rocket Seeds (aka Arugula and roquette)

Arugula, also known as rocket, is a leafy green vegetable known for its pungent, peppery flavor. It’s a member of the Brassicaceae family, related to broccoli, kale, and radishes. Typically used in salads but also cooked in various dishes, arugula is revered for its versatility in the kitchen and its richness in vitamins A, C, and K, calcium, potassium, and folate, as well as its antioxidant properties, making it a beneficial addition to a healthy, balanced diet.

A microgreen that provides a spicy flavour and is a great addition to mixed salads to add a bit of zing.

Plant densely so leaves remain a proper size for baby leaf and petioles elongate for easy harvest.

Pre-Soak: No

Sow Rate: 14 grams per 1020 trays

Bottom water 1-2 times per day as required

Cover for 2 days until seeds germinated

Harvest time: 7 – 10 days
