Natural Yield has no control over shipping costs.  The website gets quotes from Australia Post and a number of other couriers and presents you with the cheapest price.  The more products you have in your order of different weights and dimensions the more likely it is that you will be under-quoted on the shipping costs.  This is because the quote system has to assume that all products go into a single package (it doesn't know how it needs to be packed) and the package dimensions will be the dimensions of the largest product.  It cannot know that that package actually has to be packed in 2 or 3 packages and not one.  So, actual costs can increase because of that.  We absorb a lot of the extra costs, but where there is a substantial difference we may reach out to you with an option to pay additional shipping fees or refund your order.  Please appreciate that we don't enjoy doing that.  Also, some people ask if we offer "free shipping" above a certain value.  In short no we don't because this would put us out of business.
